Please go to this link and enter your email address and order number for your purchase which you can find on the invoice sent to you at time of sale.
After logging into our 'Locate Your Order' page, click on the "Show Details" icon beside your purchase, then below the ACTIONS column on the right hand side, click the PENSIL icon. This will allow you to enter your new credit card information.
The system will then record your new credit card information and if you recently been notified of a failed payment will attempt to rebill your card so your outstanding payment issue can be resolved.
